Shortly after I began studying and writing this book, Rick and I encountered one of the most difficult personal trials we have ever experienced. His message was accurate, and a series of difficult events brought us great pain. However, they also led us to an incredible place of faith in God’s provision, and an anointing on our lives that has increased significantly. I must admit it was a process and keeping our hearts right took purpose and time. My joy walk was significantly challenged, and my response wasn’t always right.
I have learned if we feel we have lost our love, righteousness, peace, and joy, then our focus may be too much on this world and not enough on the Cross. I believe we are in end times, and things may get worse. However, even in this messed up divided world, pandemic or not, fear should not rule us. Jesus came to give us peace, so we need to keep it.
When we focus on the Word of God, we are infused with a hope the world can’t give us because we will see what our destiny is! Meditate on the following scripture as a foundation on which to build your faith and joy. This book will equip you to hold fast to your joy! – Cathy Ciaramitaro
