Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

All physical book orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and tracking information will be provided when available. We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Digital Products

If you purchase a downloadable book or digital resource, a download link will be delivered immediately via email.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you believe you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist.
