Bianca Frank
Bianca D. Frank, RN, MSN, is a registered nurse and PhD candidate whose scholarly work focuses on ADHD among nursing students. Her journey with ADHD is both personal and professional: diagnosed later in adulthood and raising a young adult who received a diagnosis in third grade, she has walked the path from uncertainty to understanding. These dual perspectives fuel her passion for ensuring that every girl, boy, and adult feels seen, heard, and valued. Bianca believes that neurodiversity is not an exception but an emerging norm—one that deserves empathy, clarity, and support. With both clinical experience and academic expertise, she brings a balanced and compassionate voice to the conversation on ADHD.
