Every woman reaches a point in her life when her body begins to whisper—sometimes gently, sometimes urgently—that change is coming. For many of us, that whisper turns into a wave we didn’t see coming. One day, we’re managing life, family, and responsibilities with our usual rhythm, and the next, we’re questioning who we are, why our bodies feel foreign, and how to make sense of it all.
This is the change—but it is also the grace.
Perimenopause and menopause are not simply biological transitions; they are deeply spiritual, emotional, and transformative journeys. They strip away old layers, slow us down, and call us to a higher level of awareness. They ask us to revisit ourselves—to see what we’ve ignored, to release what no longer serves us, and to make peace with the woman we are becoming.
For too long, society has taught women to hide this phase, to see it as an ending. But The Grace and the Change was written to tell a different story—a story of renewal, wisdom, and divine alignment.
In these pages, you’ll find reflections, scriptures, and heartfelt lessons drawn from the collective wisdom of women who have walked this path—the courage, questions, and breakthroughs I’ve witnessed in my own journey and in walking beside countless women through this transition. Times when we felt invisible, uncertain, or overwhelmed—and how we learned to breathe again, to exhale, to rest in God’s timing. Each chapter invites you to not only understand what’s happening within your body but also to embrace what’s awakening within your spirit.
You’ll discover that menopause is not a loss of youth—it’s the unveiling of your wisdom. It’s the moment when you stop chasing what you were and start becoming all that you were meant to be.
This book is part devotion, part reflection, and part invitation— a call to move through this sacred transition with grace, faith, and intention.
So, take a deep breath.
Release what was.
Make room for what’s next.
Because in the grace and the change, you’ll find the most beautiful version of yourself yet—whole, wise, and at peace.
With love and light,

Currently, God is calling forth bold men and women who refuse to play it safe by avoiding conflict and trying to please everyone. Leaders must act, pursue righteousness, and call others into a radical and holy lifestyle.
This means a willingness to work hard even when things are tough, or we face rejection for taking an unpopular stand.
Was there ever a more important time in our history to be Leading Jesus’ Way?
You are currently leading in uncharted waters. The COVID-19 Crisis has led to businesses being shut down, and individuals to either shelter in place or socially distance themselves. You may be working from home or you might still be on the front lines.
Whatever your situation, one thing I know all leaders are dealing with is the same: Your team members and family are concerned about the future. When will this crisis end? How many people will die? When will we be back to normal?
I am confident, you are in your leadership position for “Such a time as this!”
“…And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14
Now is the time to double down on your servant leadership practices and focus on leading Jesus’ way! While there are a lot of things that are changing daily and being canceled, there are also a lot of things that remain constant and are still open.
God, Jesus, Family, Love Relationships is NOT Cancelled. Gratefulness, Caring, Kindness, and Patience are NOT Cancelled. Forgiveness and Grace are Not Cancelled. Guess what Prayer is Not Cancelled.
This is not a time for taking a break and treating it as an extended vacation. Even though you might be working from home or are working on-site and are practising social distancing, your church, your team, and your family need you and your leadership now more than ever!
